Alright so today I went to the Y again (y'know cause that's pretty much the only place I go this whole summer. (because my parents don't have a car ._.)) and everyone in the band showed up again. All except for one, our singer. His nickname is Macho, just so you know who I'm talking about if I ever mention him again. Anyways hes been gone for 2 whole weeks, that's 10 band practices for the dumbest reasons. He thinks we are not treating him equally in the band which doesn't make any damn sense. Okay so let me begin with this. Our band has been doing covers for awhile there because pretty much everyone does when they first start out, y'know so they can get comfortable with all the frets and drums. Anyways so awhile ago we covered this song called I hate everything about you by three days grace which was good by the way. Anyways at the last moment the music clubhouse director Jon came out and told us "this drummer here needs a singer and a bassist for the song In The End by Linkin Park" so they said sure. the Bassist didn't want to but Bryan's a real nice guy so he just did it. Now every single person in the band hates Linkin Park except Macho. So me and Albert (the guitarist) walked outside and talked. Okay so we all hate Linkin Park because once they started having rap in their songs, they went total sell out (well in our opinions). So we discussed that Macho was gonna try and get us to do more songs with rap or with Linkin Park. And that EXACTLY what he did after our performance. He said "you think we should get a replacement drummer for songs Chris doesn't wanna do" and I was so pissed. I was like HELL NO and he shut up and changed the subject. NOW hes complaining about how he never gets to pick a song, when I hate everything about you was his choice, when In The End was his choice, were also doing animal I have become AND IT WAS HIS CHOICE TOO. So now I messaged him saying if he doesn't come to any of the practices leading up to friday hes getting kicked out. He never messaged me back. And so I'm just stressed at that. You know how hard it is to find a rock singer, in a town filled with latinos that listen to the same song qualities every freakin day. Not only that, the music clubhouse has like 16 and like 18 year olds playing. Who'd wanna play with a bunch of 13 year olds playing covers ._. . And for the record I don't wanna do covers anymore its just if we do a lot then Albert and Bryan will learn awesome riffs and verses instead of strumming on one fret and calling that a song >_< . Anyways now I'm watching...........well I was watching Gene Simmons Family Jewels, but it finished. *sighs* now what to do. Oh well, C ya tomorrow >_>
