Which language should I learn?

Chinese referring to Mandarin, not Cantonese. Of course. XD

Anyway, I finally decided that Korean really isn't working for me. I think I can survive with my limited vocabulary and three-year-old grammar. However, my Dad was looking up language classes in my area, and found only French, German, and Mandarin Chinese. A friend was also looking online and found this neat little Russian learning website that is absolutely AMAZING and in-depth.

So, now I ask, which language would be the best to learn? AndI'mnotlearningFrench.

I would say...German. =3 Then after that, Russian, them maybe Mandarin Chinese. =D Oh, and maybe in the future learn Tagalog (aka Philippines language)!

Mandarin Chinese, then German, and then Russian.

Tagalog won't really be useful at the moment, nor in the foreseeable future. I also don't really like the sound of it, no offence. For beauty, I'd lean towards Hungarian, Chinese, French. Russian/Polish/Slavic languages in general are also very awesome-sounding, but not nice-sounding. Same with Arabic.

All the three languages I detailed are useful either personally or in the world, whether I'm using them to read German philosophy in its original language, or two learn the language of the next superpower, or to speak the language of Eastern Europe.

I've decided, based on what people told me here and on FF. I'll learn both German and Russian.

@Xemnas: Yes, I would very much like to learn an unusual language, but I can't find any learning resources, which was a nightmare with Korean.

*eye twitch, goes into emo corner* B-b-but it's awesome! lol But okay, German and Russian would be good to learn.
